Hobby Mania & Infinity Festival – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees, vendors, exhibitors, and participants (“you”) of the Hobby Mania & Infinity Festival organized by hobby mania events & infinity group events. By purchasing a ticket, booking a vendor space, or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Event Overview
Event Name: Hobby Mania & Infinity Festival
Type: Community event featuring small businesses, vendors, artists, and live performances.
Audience: All ages are welcome.
Purpose: To promote creativity, local businesses, and entertainment in a family-friendly environment.
2. Tickets and Refund Policy
All ticket and vendor table sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, whether for general admission or vendor bookings.
If a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances, it will be issued as a credit toward the next scheduled event — no cash refunds will be provided.
Tickets and vendor spaces cannot be transferred or resold without prior written consent from the Organizer.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
3. Vendor Participation
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, merchandise, and compliance with applicable safety and legal standards.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny or remove any vendor whose products, behavior, or booth setup is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Vendors must operate only within their assigned spaces and follow all setup and teardown times provided by the Organizer.
4. Event Entry and Conduct
The Event is open to all ages; however, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Attendees and vendors must behave respectfully toward others and event staff.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and any materials or items deemed unsafe by event staff.
5. Liability
Attendance and participation are at your own risk.
The Organizer, venue owners, and staff are not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring during the Event.
Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage for products and liability.
6. Media and Promotion
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
The Organizer may use images, video, and audio recordings from the Event for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.
7. Event Changes or Cancellations
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, lineup, or venue at any time without notice.
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, all valid purchases will automatically roll over to the next scheduled event date.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, booking a vendor space, or entering the Event grounds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
